Located in Athens’ Glyfada neighborhood, the “H2? Apartments was designed by 314 Architecture.
According to 314 Architecture:
“The bioclimatic design and orientation of the building, with fixed sunshade louvres set at specific intervals, serves to conserve natural heat in winter, while the proximity of the building to the exterior pool has a naturally cooling effect in summer. Each house has two smaller bedrooms and a master bedroom. On the outer side of the building there is an open-air courtyard, which provides direct light to ancillary areas of the property, and olso acts as a funnel for hot air release, contributing to reduced energy consumption by air conditioning systems during the summer months.”
